That looks like nice product and at a reasonable fee too, especially if you get a digital file to make reprints.
But I will bet others will have another take on it. 😉

Seems like they need a nice big disclaimer about where their data is coming from and what it actually is.... along with "WE ARE NOT LAND SURVEYORS AND DO NOT SURVEY OR PROVIDE YOUR PROPERTY BOUNDARIES"

I would definitely agree with you, Jered. Peter I agree with you too, but as long as they had those boldly written warnings.
They are providing a minimum grade GIS map without using any GPS.
Very typical of the tax map producers. A similar product to the flyover photos of ranch areas with less overhead.
I have done similar products for clients on google earth and on USGS topo maps.
Just like GIS, you have a very elaborate map that can be built upon to show more as it becomes available. Its not a survey and doesn't really try to be one.
Yea, it should have a whole subwebsite devoted to disclaimers.

It could be a very useful service at a reasonable price for owners of substantial tracts of land, however the "Property lines" and "Section Boundaries" on their "to do" list is quite questionable as to crossing a line they shouldn't cross. With some modification it can be cleanly legal and ethical, besides being useful.
