Any surveyors here familiar with this area?
More specifically I need to tie into
"COORDINATE REFERENCE SYSTEM NAD 1983 MANITOWOC COUNTY COORDINATE SYSTEM"
As labeled on contract plan drawings.
I'm flying there next week to setup some proprietary construction equipment using GNSS.
