The problem is that the clients do not ignore these surveys. They think they have a good survey. the problem is some arrogant bonehead who can solve a right triangle thinks he knows how to survey boundaries...the problem is it might take decades before their feeble mwork is discovered.... Just look at yelp in your town... are there any great reviews for thorough thoughtful detail Oriented surveyors NOPE THERE ARE NOT ALL THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS are for boneheads who did a fast cheap job..... So unless you are a willing to turn these boneheads in to your state board you can only expect more of the same.

How do we prepare a professional mortgage plot plan?

Our experienced office staff will research the property using records from the Registry of Deeds, Assessors maps, and sometimes previous work performed at that location.

Field crews then go to the property to do a physical inspection of the structures using tape measures to determine the approximate location of the dwelling(s).

Wow.....

I haven't seen this company's "work" pop up here in SW CT. I hope I never do.

It looks like item C puts them in violation. I have to believe they'd be inclined not to show any title issues in order to facilitate the closing.
