I enjoy a good read, but I get frustrated when a team of authors needs to repeat themselves over and over again.
Part 2
So, I have been listening to the old timers gripe about how we missed the boat with GIS. It would appear from this text that we really missed the boat on Land Administration. I know Mike Pallamary has suggested that we expand our profession to include Planning and I say YES. We (well some of us) have a better skill set than most of the Planners out there.
