"no os" on blue screen at startup.?ÿ Anyone have that come up before??ÿ Is it comparable to a hard disk crash on a computer?
Thanks,
John?ÿ
I have see this in my service shop once before.?ÿ
The TS will need to go to a service center and have the OS reloaded. This should only take an hour or two.
Now the problem is why did this happen? I would have them reload everything and see if it fixes the problem, if the problem comes back after some time you might have a board issue.?ÿ This isn't a common problem with no definitive answer. This is like you said a "Hard Disk" crash, but to be more specific this is probably a RAM issue or a corruption issue.?ÿ
Thanks Eric. We are taking it in this afternoon. Hope for the best I guess.
