We are Looking to buy a robotic Instrument, I was hoping some of you with experience with either of these could provide some input for me. I'm looking into Leica because we already run a GS12 Rover. I'm not really sure what the differences are between the 2 variations,

have one of each. the 15 tracks a TON faster (though I never had any complaints with the 12 before I knew this).
the onboard smartworx on the 15 is cool, but seems like a bit of overkill.
insofar as we use them, the tracking is the real only measurable practical difference I can see.
