Hi,
I am looking for upgrading my total station (topcon gpt-3005n) and getting some offers.
I found a used Leica TS09 non-plus 1" gun but in the same price a can get a new Leica TS06plus 5" gun.
Since the triangulations today are mostly done with GPS is there need for 1" accuracy gun? other high precision projects are not in the plan.

I like the ts06, but I use an allegro DC with Carlson on it in stead of the leica controller.

I believe Maine technical has the ts06 for sale for around 8100. Just got the ts06 3second we really like it.
