Leica Sprinter Downloader Export Issue

Hi,

we have recently purchased a Leica Sprinter 250M unit and I’ve been trying to download the data but have run into issues with the export. Installation and connection of the instrument to the computer is good, but when it comes time to export the data the Report window gets to “Exporting data to excel or in txt format” and then pinwheels/doesn’t respond when I click anything. I’ve installed it on 2 laptops, one running Windows 8 and the other Windows 10, both experiencing the same issue. So far the max. I’ve managed to wait without touching anything is 20 minutes. Do I need to be waiting longer or is there some other issue?
