I'm a trimble user but have recently purchased a leica 1100 robotic. 99% of my work is cadastral and i like how the 1100 has a screen on the actual machine. Something trimble could look into.
I would like to start being able to record jobs on my machine but am having trouble setting up the codelist on the 1100. I have fumbled my way through using lgo (v4) to create a .crf file which the 1100 recognizes but when i choose this file in the codelist management of the 1100 and then press code, none of them show up. If anyone has any clear instructions on the process from within leica geo office and then on the 1100 it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers. Matt
It's been a while, but does it have anything to do with displaying thematic codes instead of point codes or vice versa? I don't remember if this is an 1100 or 1200 thing. Check out the instrument configuration and see if there's a setting along those lines perhaps.

I have just done another post explaining that I can register a .idx file into LGO as BASIC 16 gsi that will read ok by my 1100 but Im now having trouble trying to assign string numbers to codes. Any help woulf be greatly appreciated.
