Surveyors would survive. GIS would last as long as the latest Ortho/UAS/Satellite image was considered current to meet needs then we would regret not having more Shared OPUS solutions in our vicinity. And you guys would be king!

I do not think that connection is solid, if truancy and attendance is a genuine issue with the people you employ, the issue is the quality of employee, perhaps stepping up expectations and compensation is the solution. Just as stepping up product quality and delivery while working with a solid business approach is fundamental to company success.
