Guy calls, he has a deed and he wants a drawing. A surveyor who works here worked at the other company 20 years ago. He is the only licensed surveyor from that group left alive. Anyway, the caller figures he can find this drawing.
I told him there are no records from that firm here except for what's on file at the courthouse which he has. After quite a bit of time he relates that a drawing is attached to this deed and he has that but he wants a bigger one. I told him I could see what I could do, I first need billing info and such..........
Well, he doesn't want to spend any money.........
But he wants me to find this drawing...........
After the call, I looked up the book and page and all that is there is the deed and a drawing, nothing else to find, he has it all.?ÿ
