This was a 5-STAR EMERGENCY last March ( FED $$$ needing to be obligated by the county)- so we dropped everything, met with all the players and knocked out an exhibit for a lease. All was fine-
In July- I get an email to revise the access from one location to a another. No problem.
now today-
"Mark,
Lincoln County has requested a new access location into the leased property from MDT (see blue hatching on attached exhibit). Please provide a revised exhibit with the following changes:
• the revised proposed access (access), please hatch the area and label,
• the dimensions from the SE corner to the outer right limit of the access,
• the length of both the outer left and right limits of the access,
• an acreage in both acres and square feet of the access,
• add the width of the access (It should be the same as the proposed access which is 40’),
• and remove the proposed access along with its dimensions and acreage from the revised exhibit.
Your prompt attention to this request would be appreciated as the loggers are on-site working."
I love that last line.....

I am not a surveyor but isn't this like an oxymoron? The loggers are out there working, tearing up the land and it needs to have those adjustments made? What if they tear up the wrong part of the land? Oops??? :-/
