Got involved with a survey, reluctantly. Divorce, neighbors fighting, house over the lot line, house sitting on a sewer easement. Newish subdivision, but no corners set.......

That part about no corners set is so incredibly unprofessional.?ÿ Makes you want to tract them down and put a range pole where the sun don't shine.

This property is the poster boy of doing it wrong, doing everything wrong. I wss inoccently working in my office and a women and her mother who is in a wheelchair showed up. I was doomed from the start.
