Rankin, Thad (Hot Springs Section, ###-####) just left my office with questions. He is curious about where the highway R/W is on MT 28, near MP 19, where the road from Hot Springs joins. The plans show a 60 foot R/W but the fences show something different. Can you please have your crew hook up with Thad to get this straightened out? Should be an easy quick little survey.
