Could be as many ways as there are types of easements, the description should be in sink with the existing Deed Documents or could be a stand along Document requiring more detail including the description of the parent tract. On a recorded Plat it could be graphically shown, labeled and dimensioned on the face of the Plat and dedicated within the owners declaration which requires a Notary.
