It takes 6 surveyors to screw in a lightbulb, 1 to screw it in and 5 to calculate the offsets to its true position.

But what about the note keeper? Which one had to clear line? And what about an apprentice? Gotta have an apprentice. Flag man? And an electrician.... Wait a minute. Surveyors? Screwing in a light bulb? The union rep will hear about that.

Feet to meters. Grid to ground. SPC to local. Slope to horizontal. ITRF to NAD83. US ft to International foot. Temperature not corrected. No barometer on site. Happens a lot. Need a contract inspector too.
