I currently have my personal contacts kept in outlook but need to expand my horizons. Basically I never learned how to take advantage of outlook and am wondering if it is the best way to go. There are online management tools such as sales force or constant contact. What do you use and does it work well with personal contact information as well as professional?

Some of us keep track of some contacts within our own email client programs (eg, outlook express, or thunderbird), but the majority of our contacts are kept in a central, web-browser-accessible database -- along with cross-referenced drawings and projects data -- using a free software tool called iPJC.

Check out agtcad.com. They have a program called "Info Retriever" that is VERY flexible and allows you to sort and retrieve your data in a ton of ways.
