We use the Topcon FC-5000 data collector and HiPer RS GNSS Receiver. Today, we were out trying to do topos and couldn't get our receiver to connect to the data collector. The mount points connected but the NTRIP server wasn't connecting. It gave an error saying invalid username or password but we haven't used a username or password that I know of. If anyone has a fix or knows how to get around it let me know. I'm in Akron, OH and its currently 43.5 degrees.

Yes, we do have the SR, rookie mistake. Should've double-checked everything but I think what happened was our guy running the unit put in the wrong password. Thank you.
