Well, I just got some distressing news. It seems that the head of their service department has moved on. I'm sure the others are capable, but Troy was the Big Kahuna, so to speak.

I hate to hear that. He has been there a long time, and has been a huge help to me in the past, most recently a few weeks ago.

Does anyone know where he went?

I just looked at their website, and saw that the Hayes Bantam and Fantam Radios have been discontinued. I wonder if Troy held the patent on those systems.

I wish Troy all the best. He is a class act.
