Well, not wrong, but inappropriately chosen. The ratio of the circumference to the radius, 2 pi, is a lot more fundamental in all mathematics, to the point where you have to look hard for places pi appears without the 2.

My question is: How does anyone know what pi is? Maybe it really is 22/7. It can't possibly be measured with any certainty past a handful of decimal places. And don't give me that theoretical sheoretical stuff.
