It has been more than a year since the first 2F satellite was launched, now the second is finally close to launch.
Meanwhile the 3 GLONASS M satellites scheduled for July have been delayed until October. In August Russia will launch a single GLONASS K satellite.
Launch of 2 Galileo satellites is scheduled for October. I expect that to be further delayed.

What is that flag?
Easton PA Flag
Herald for the Easton company of light infantry. Carried during the Revolution and the War of 1812. Also carried in a parade in Easton on July 8, 1776, on which date the Declaration of Independance was read.
Not officially recognized by the US Government.
Original on display in the Easton Library.
Eight pointed stars. The Bennington Flag had seven pointed stars. Betsy Ross aledgedly instituted the 5 pointed star. She would fold a piece of white cloth in an interesting way and cut all the points at once. We did that in Cub Scouts.
