GCDB-BLM to kml

I have looked at the pdf of how to do this but apparently I am just stuck with the program cycling in an endless loop. I cannot get it to download. Any sugeestions of how to get this data into google earth are welcomed.

Instead, try "earth point". Its a service (free for basic version) which brings the gcdb lines into google earth for you. Easy peasy.

http://www.earthpoint.us/townships.aspx

go to the left hand side and pick "search by description" under township and range.
