I'm heading to Keller in about 40 mins or so to meet Mike Davis. Were going to do some surveying today. Nice easy job to break the ice to begin with, locating some pre pour pool forms for setback clearance. I'm not sure what Mike has planned after that but whatever it is, it will be most excellent. If I am surveying, I am a happy camper.
Don't forget to drink water no mater what TDD says.....
And lots of it....
Watch out for varas! I've heard they are nearly as deadly as rattlesnakes.
Best of luck on your new endeavor!
Paul,
You must have the eyes of many good souls peering down upon you to luck into work so fast... especially in this economy and work environment. And I say KUDOS!! It is a great thing!!
Have fun in Texas!! And please keep posting with your new adventures!!
The things metro surveyors say, when it comes to pools.
My clients usually ask me "If I put a dam here where will the water back up to" and of course it is always in the middle of a forest.
Enjoy your concrete surroundings Paul 😉
I say this was probably "meant to be".
In these economic times, how many folks could uproot their lives, move a thousand miles, and have work waiting for them when they got there?
Not to be a thorn in the rosebush, but a portion of the credit has to go to RPLS.COM, who put us all in touch to begin with.
Good luck Paul.
Keller huh? I bet you drove right through my jobsite on the way, you should honk next time :good:
Or honk and meet at UpNSmoke for a brew.
