I know the LOMA is form MT-EZ.
But what is form MT-2 and MT-1
I'm confused.....
They both have LOMAR on them..

MT-1 is for LOMA-F and CLOMA-F for property or structures raised by fill above the BFE MT-2 is for LOMR or CLOMR
MT-EZ is just for single structures or single lots less than 5 acres that have not been raised by fill

You use the MT-EZ form to apply for a LOMA

Don't worry about the forms. You will get plenty of time
while your attorney studies them at $250 per hour.
Try finding somebody from FEMA to testify in court for you.
