FEMA el cert form / MS Word / strange problem

I know this sounds weird, but when I open up the FEMA el cert form in MS Word, the pages are listed as follows:

First page (Page 1 1/4)
Second page (Page 2 2/4)
Third page (Page 1 3/4)
Forth page (Page 2 4/4)

Now, of course, the forth page is a page reserved for optional additional photographs that I don't often use, but when I try to print, and set the printer to print pages 1-3, it prints all four pages, because it seems to think there are two pages 1 and 2 ...

Does that make sense?

I'd like to undo this weird formatting in my FEMA template, but I can't figure out how. Anyone familiar enough with Word to know where to go to edit this setting?

Thanks!

The template available on the FEMA site is locked and password-protected. I've tried some of the workarounds to produce an unlocked version, with generally unsatisfactory results.

My workaround for the "extra page" problem is to print to a PDF, and then print the desired pages of the PDF to avoid wasting a sheet of paper.

Yeah, that password protection does sound familiar now that you mention it ... I've been printing the pages one at a time, but the PDF idea works, too.

TPR:

If you want, you can send me an email and I'll send you the unlocked version.

If anyone is interested I have an unlocked version that has been customized to include 4 pages for pictures. Shoot me an email.
