How do you get rid of the FEMA Banner that appears right in the middle of the Google Earth menu in FEMA's Stay Dry application? I'm using GE version 7.3.2.5776 (64 bit)

Is it a watermark on the map itself or something on the side?

No it's a FEMA Banner that is right in the center of the image. You have to pan around it to see the information on the map.

Evidently not many are using the Stay Dry app on FEMA's web site. To get rid of the FEMA Banner all you have to do is uncheck the Stay Dry overview box.
