Someone at GeoShack must read this message board.

Yesterday, after I vented my frustration with them concerning my DC, I got a call and everything is nicey-nice. I'm glad they and I agreed on where the responsibility lies.

thnx Wendell, that was well worth my recent addition to the cookie jar.

Fill us in. Do you get to keep the loaner or did you drop the 2K for a repair to your old system?
