We use a program called PDF CREATOR. Google it to find it - it's free. It becomes another "printer" in your list of printers. Works good with all programs we have tried.

This site is GREAT

I decided to try the CutePDF Writer. It worked great on the very first try.

We use PDF COMPLETE. Handles large plots really well and outputs small file size.
