Hey guys,

Recently my company purchased a new FC-500 data collector, and I can not seem to load files from a usb onto the device. I beleive I am missing a driver, and was wondering if anyone could send a link to the correct driver, or have any other ideas about what could be wrong. The files load up fine on the FC-250 data collector.

Thanks.

What operating system on the PC? The FC-500 and other versions of the Archer2 has USB3 for whatever that is worth. I cannot get AcitveSync to recognize it on my computer in Virtual XP mode, which is what I have to use to load some Topcon software.

If it is Mobile Device Center, I have been able to get that to connect. If you have a thumb drive, you should be able to copy files onto it directly from the FC-500. Or there is an SD card slot under the rubber cap on the top end of the unit.
