Colleagues-
This is out of my geographical area of boundary retracement, but the matter of 'Discussions between neighbours" has been going on since the Spring flooding of the Nile.
My grandfather, W.S. Gibson put it well, IMVHO:
"When there is a 'discussion' between neighbours, at least the surveyor gets to leave !"
Cheers,
Derek

Attached is the 1969 Subdivision Plat mentioned.
Measuring from the fence to the apparent centerline of the street is about 171' so the fence could be 17' south of the subdivision boundary. I'm not sure what the conflict is about since it's the airport's fence as he points out. Maybe it has to do with the new monument being 3' from the 1969 lot corner so the neighbor thinks he's over 3'. He doesn't fully explain the beef the neighbor has.
