CST/Berger CST-205 Tutorials?

Hi everyone! I've just come into a position and our department owns a CST-205, however with no one having any experience with the equipment. I have background on both Trimble and Lieca TSs but no experience with the CST-205 setup. Does anyone happen to have tutorials on how to setup and start recording data using a traverse method with this machine? Looking to just use it for basic campus testing/research at this point.
