Crack in PA-NJ Turnpike Delaware River Bridge Forces Shut Down

Yes. We can't get to them fast enough. The majority of our construction work is bridge work. Worked on 40 different bridges last year. We always run into problems when tying the roadway back into existing. A lot of it stems from the lack of room to work with. Some are giving you 50' off of the deck, others 100' but the greater majority are only giving us 25' to tie it all together. You can feel .02' at 55 MPH. Only so much you can do with a 25' approach slab. Started this one on Monday and have two more that need started tomorrow.
