Do you have a Google Earth image of that road??ÿ Sounds like a challenge to drive.
Looks very common to some of our county roads. ?ÿOne must keep in mind the tools used at the time.
Looks similar to one of our early County Road Surveyor's Reports.?ÿ Fun stuff.

It's in the SW1/4 S15, T28N R20W, P.M.,M.

Nearly all of our roads are straight for a half mile at a time. ?ÿWhen we encounter one that is serpentine we quote the old tale about getting a cow drunk, then following her path. ?ÿSometimes there is no clear evidence as to why the path is so warped.
Looks similar to one of our early County Road Surveyor's Reports.?ÿ Fun stuff.

?ÿI was considering posting one from Whatcom County, but this indeed looks very much like one of them.
