I have the 12th edition, which is a few years behind. But I find that it has a number of errors or things that could be clarified, still held over from previous editions, so have made a list.
I would appreciate it if anyone could point out where I'm wrong or additional things that should be changed in the book, and most particularly things on my list that have been fixed in later editions.
Thanks.

I assume you are talking about "Elementary Surveying".?ÿ
I have the 9th Edition when it was Wolf and Brinker which I bought for a Wisconsin Madison correspondence course and the Eleventh Edition which was the second Wolf and Ghilani edition. I believe it is now up to Edition 15. I found errors in the 9th edition and nobody much cared then. Some things may have been fixed as time went by but most changes were for new technology. The publishers have Errata lists so check with them first.

I have the 14th Edition of "Elementary Surveying" and also found the need for a publicly maintained errata page.?ÿ
?ÿ
It seems that the goal of publishers of books required for classes is to make those corrections in the "next edition."?ÿ There are also a lot of errors introduced because the numbers and other details in the problem sets are changed from edition to edition without enough attention to detail and review.?ÿ
I didn't take the time to compare to my version, but in general your comments seem spot on.?ÿ

You should think about writing your own book, pamphlet or manual.?ÿ I'd read it.
