Hubtack is an online, for profit service that serves several states, including Oklahoma. But it's not the "official" repository. That honor goes to the Archivist, Archives & Records Division, Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
Washington State's Surveys and Corner Records are kept by the Department of Natural Resources in Olympia. Each County's Clerk also keeps a copy, but I have found those records to be of variable quality, completeness, and accessibility.
Oregon does not keep Corner Records, as such. It is a recording state and so any restored corner must be filed as a record of survey. Each Oregon county has a County Surveyor who is charged with retaining the submitted survey.
