Does such a thing exist?

I got a nifty curcular saw blade from amazon, but it has this big hole in the middle. Too big to use with my drill. Is there some sort of an adapter to do this?

Uh, Brad, why don't you just put the circular saw blade on a circular saw?

Circular saws, with all the covers and guards in place, are still one of the most hazardous items you can own without a license.
The only hope I have for you is you don't injure yourself the first time you try to run a saw blade on it. The good news is that once you actually use such a Frankenstein tool, you will quickly come to the conclusion it is awkward, difficult to control, and lacks the power to actually cut anything.

Curious, why would you want to fire off a circular saw blade on a drill? Sounds like a Darwin Award attempt.

Whew! I was worried for a minute.
You might consider something similar to this;

Don't listen to them, some of the best tools started out as MacGuyver projects.

Not exactly the same, but I took a carriage bolt, a few washers and double nuts, to create a cut-off wheel for the drill. Not sure it that is what you had in mind or not. Get the biggest bolt that will fit into your drill, and go from there. If the blade hole is bigger then that, the trick is to keep the blade centered on the bolt. Now I have seen the special dished washers for sale before, but I can't get them around here, so, if you do it very carefully, you can use a ball-peen hammer and a large socket - just make a few carefully placed strikes and make a small dish out of a larger washer - that will help keep the bade centered. Now it won't work for real high speed, but you are talking a drill here.

Also, all advice given here should be taken with a grane of salt, and a full beer. Don't dome to me when you either shoot your eye out, or cut off an appendage. 😀

What do you plan to do with it? Is it a diamond blade form making cross cuts in concrete or stone? For that application I have one of these:
