Here’s the problem: A survey using a TopCon total station using TopSurv software was conducted in feet. That data was then transferred to another data collector (same software), which scaled that data from meters to feet (It incorrectly recorded data as meters, then scaled it to feet). The survey was then continued in feet, but based on data that was incorrectly scaled. How is it possible to scale the original points (100 – 334, CP3-CP 11) back down to feet, and transform the subsequently collected points (400-1543, CP1,CP2, CP10_tie, CP12-CP20) into the original survey coordinate system?

I don't know about that software, but most software records raw data as just that...numbers on a spreadsheet style. So processing that data, does not change the data itself. I hope I'm not sounding condescending, but couldn't you just re-process that data in the correct way?
