Does anyone have a working link or know where I could download BLM's Cadastral Automated Plat Drafting (CAPD) LISP software? I have searched online and within past threads in here and have found no working links.

I have all of the files and more. CAPD used to be at www.blm.gov/nstc/lisp/ but I don't think it is there anymore. The files amount to 21 megs. I tried to zip them up and make the file available here but it didn't work. Send me a note and I'll send them back.

I think you're supposed to buy TraversePC and get the BLM approved ubercadastral module. If you'd been at Billings in February like you're supposed to have been, instead of Hawaii, you'd know this....
