We are working through a replat of two lots to reconfigure them so the land owner can set up some Condo units and a lot for storage units. Because this property is in a special zoning area care needs to be taken to make sure all the structures will fit in the Lots, there are different set-back rules and such.
One thing came up with the storage units, because of the special zoning area all the units need windows. Well, no one wants a window in a storage unit. The contractor said they knew how to take care of that. They install fake windows. I guess maybe they paint a window on the outside of the unit or something. The contractor said that satisfies the zoning since its an appearance requirement.?ÿ
