@thad I guess how expensive/cheap something is would be based on perspective.?ÿ I recall you posting the complaint about the fee and my first thought was that for a couple of email exchanges, setting up a job for billing, downloading then converting the files, double checking them so that I confirmed they were good prior to sending them back, and invoicing - the fee seemed very reasonable.?ÿ My second thought was - wow, that complaint could have been easily handled between the two parties involved.

Glad to hear that you've now got the software needed to handle the work you are doing.?ÿ That is a good way to do business.

So I took my survey from our closing and was able to find my corners.
