9011 OPUS could not process the data file that was submitted. The data was
9011 either very noisy or it was collected in kinematic mode.

Cut the kinematic data out of the beginning of the file and it should process just fine.

Dave Huff had my answer. I picked three different CORS sites and it processed it without a problem.
Thanks for the advise, none the less.
