Yea no kidding. Sounds like he would of never have been paid if the "children" would of had their way. What a silly thing to fight about. Sheesh!!

over 3/4 of a million estate and they are squabbling about 1/2 of 1%. From the description of what happened they probably saved that much in L@#$rs fees and Auctioneer fees because they had it and had already settled a possible boundary dispute which could have held the whole thing in probate for years and cost ten times what the survey cost.
What a bunch of morons.
