I am attempting a LSA in TBC. I have an exterior loop along with a set of cross ties. Of note are three red flags that come up on the three points I cross tied to being out of tolerance.

I get a pop up that tells me I have three unresolved computation errors. I should resolve these errors before I continue. I throw caution to the wind and hit ok then get another error saying "a network adjustement cant be performed because earth curvature correction has been turned off for terrestrial data. Network adjustment requires curvature correction be turned on ("Yes")."

Any insight into either issue?

The flags could be due to any number of reasons - mis-numbered control point, wrong target type, just plain bad data - which might take some sleuthing. Have you viewed the point derivation reports for those points?

To fix the curvature issue - in Project Explorer, expand Imported Files, expand any files that have terrestrial setups (indicated by the point number followed by the station number in parentheses), and then select all the stations. With all the stations selected, you can then turn on curvature correction in the Properties dialog.
