TerraModel 9.60 leading zero fix for bearings

Does anyone know what the fix for leading zeros for TM 9.60 in about the year 2000.

I think it was a download that was copied/overwritten into the program directory.

I probably have the actual fix, but I don't have the white-page note, so I'm not sure exactly which file needs to be replaced.
