I have a .vce file created by someone else on a different computer that contains some SX10 scan data and traverse, VRS, etc. Both my PC and the other PC are running TBC V5.10. I tried to upgrade to V5.20 but it caused a problem (which I posted about) and have not yet tried again to update.

?ÿ

I transferred over the .vce file and the subdirectory with the same name, which I always do. But, when I try to run it I get this message:

I have tried several times, recopying, etc. And he is able to open it on his machine. I see nothing wrong with the path name or file name.?ÿ

Try pressing Ctrl+Alt and drag and drop the vce file into the plan view.?ÿ I'm not sure if it will still work, but it used to.

Now it turns out he has the same problem. On his PC he created the TBC project on his G drive, and when he moved it over to C drive and tried to open it, same problem. Both are ssd drives on his PC.?ÿ

Look like 5.20 resolved the problem. I was hesitant to install 5.20 because last time it somehow messed up the processor, and I was in a time critical mode where I needed to deliver a project urgently, so when that happened I uninstalled 5.20 and reinstalled 5.10. Not sure what happened, but it seems to be OK now.?ÿ
