I am trying the two battery setup in my surveyor +. I've had the thing on the charger for 24 hours now. The red light is still blinking and the battery screen shows about 90% on the main battery and maybe 10% on the backup. These batteries have just a couple hours use on them to date.
Any help appreciated.

See if the information at Juniper Systems - Battery pack will not charge to full provides some useful suggestions.
