As I was putting the finishing touches on a map my sheet disappeared. I can zoom to extents but get nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.?ÿ
Run an audit?
Go back to the last autosave?
Thanks - I opened the last AutoSave and I have the same issue.
Sorry I couldn't help; I have an issue with viewports disappearing. I sent a drawing to Carlson support; they said they ran an audit and seemed to help. But I'm still having the same issue...
I can work around it by just creating the little bit of line work in paper space. but yours sounds like a lot more that just a little viewport.

Good luck!
Running into something similar in recently acquired 2021 OEM. ZE in layout and it goes to, seemingly, infinity except the layout is still there, just a dot off in space. Audited, purged, etc- no dice. Acts similar to a dview issue in model space, except that solution won??t work in sheets.
frankly there are numerous issues in the newer version that I??m not a fan of, but have only had it a week, so we??ll see. Not like I??m gonna go to civil 3D or anything...
Well - at least everything that was in model space was still good. I encouraged my son who is a high school senior to give it a try while I head out to another job. He got his AutoCAD Cert. a couple of years ago but has not used it since. I loaded up another layout tab with my Title Block Template, added the viewport and gave him some notes and a sample map. We'll see. I figure the worse case would be having to do it all again myself anyway. I'm hoping this works out and he can do more for me in the future. We'll see...
Thanks for the suggestions.
@bushaxe Two suggestions come to mind that might help recover the visibility of data in your DWG:
- With newer versions of Carlson, you can explore the Zoom -- Most command. This gives you the ability to zoom to either the bulk of your content or your outliers to determine what might be causing things to be difficult to see, or,
- Issue the Zoom -- Points command and set a view window size of (for example) 100. From there, you should be able to scroll/pan to get to the desired area of interest and perhaps get rid of any graphical outliers via the Erase -- Outside command.
I hope this information helps.
MAYBE an answer??ÿ we just discovered in quick select (in the properties pulldown) there was a PDF underlay attached to paperspace (?).?ÿ erased that and solved the problem.?ÿ?ÿ
latest adobe updates have been a real adventure too- so i don't know, but might be worth trying.
Thanks for the info Ladd. I had this happen again today. I couldn't remember how I fixed it or if I did. So I Googled my issue and found my old post on this site. Zoommost worked for me.
