A nearby county has 3-inch orthophotos available as a WMTS service. I once got it working with ArcMap, but didn't want to keep paying the license fee for software I only use a couple of times a year, so I dropped the ArcMap license. I'm trying to get it working in QGIS, but I keep getting an error notice, with no helpful (to me, anyway) information about the reason it doesn't work.
Are there any QGIS users out there who might be able to steer me in the right direction? The server address is:

No login credentials are required.
