I found a way to do this. I used the reports manager to create station offset data. Imported it into excel. Then using the "user-defined property classifications" I created a station/offset. Then I created a new point file format to include the "station/offset" and able to import a .csv. Imported the points and it had the station/offset data. The I had to create a new table format to include station offset. Took a bit to figure out but once I did, it goes pretty quick. I saved the drawing as a template for future use.

Nice looking table you may want to add the foot symbol to the elevation and Northing, Easting, and offset.
