A friend of mine has an HP T790. He didn't get the optional scanner module or the second roll spindle. But it is an amazing workhorse! Prints quickly, great resolution, and it is easy to change from an 18" roll to a 36" roll (the 2 standard sizes he uses). Not sure what he paid for it, though.

I replaced my HP800 with HPT520 (36" wide version). I love it. Best money I ever spent.
You can find them on the internet much cheaper than you blueprint company will sell them for. Don't hesitate to do it.
I really like the 11x17 paper tray on the back of it. I print company SOQ covers on it. I used to spend 10 minutes a piece loading them one at a time in to the 800. Now I can print 10 in about 2 minutes.
On full sized drawings (24x36) it will easily print sheets 3 times faster than the 800.
Concerning the HP T120, can you front load 18" x 24" sheets?
